Dan Khan
Dan is a Fellowship Councillor for Ireland.
Dr Khan has been recognised internationally for his work. His work has been recognised by the U.S State Department and United Nations. Dr Khan’s early work addressed the humanitarian and educational challenges of the European Refugee Crisis, leading him to found an initiative that enabled refugees access to education from institutions such as Harvard, Yale, and Google.
Dr Khan is a recipient of the Princess Diana Award and was an honouree at the Red Cross Humanitarian Awards. Dr Khan has been awarded Fellowships from the Aspen Institute and Queens Elizabeth II’s Commonwealth Trust. He has been named a ‘Global Shaper’ by the World Economic Forum and a ‘Rising Leader’ by the Aspen Institute. He holds UN credentials in Civil-Military relations.
Dr Khan received his medical degree from Trinity College Dublin. He currently serves as Director of Mehsoos, Pakistans first campaign focusing on those impacted by the War on the Terror within the Tribal regions.
