Fraser Hardie is an RSA Trustee.
Fraser is an experienced business leader in consulting. Currently, he is Senior Adviser to Teneo and an independent adviser to Boards, CEOs and Executive leadership in FTSE100 businesses and global organisations spanning retail, food and beverage, media, professional services and sport. He has advised Government on policy communication including foreign affairs and Olympic legacy.
He was Executive Chairman of Teneo UK from 2018-2021. Before that he founded Blue Rubicon – one of the world’s most respected advisors on reputation and reputation risk. After leading through private equity investment, acquisitions and Middle East and Asian expansion, the business was sold to Teneo in 2015, creating one of the largest strategic communication businesses in Europe. The same year he was named Agency Professional of the Decade. He was Executive Chairman of Teneo Blue Rubicon from 2016-18.
Previous roles include corporate affairs leadership roles in two FTSE100 companies – Rio Tinto and PowerGen (now Eon). Fraser is currently Chair of the Board of Trustees at Autism Action, a Senior Advisor to Namier Capital and sits on the Council of the Marketing Group of Great Britain. Previous charity board roles include New Philanthropy Capital, Access Sport and Autistica.
