Tom Stratton

Tom is our Chief Impact Officer.

Tom is responsible for the RSA’s impact strategy, focused on harnessing and growing the Fellowship’s expertise, experience and energy. He leads the RSA Ideas Lab, a team that shapes how we bring together ideas, networks and creativity to drive measurable societal impact.

Prior to joining the RSA, Tom was Senior Economic Adviser to the Levelling Up Taskforce in the Cabinet Office, where he led cross-Whitehall negotiations on the UK Government’s twelve levelling up missions. Before that, he was Deputy Head of Research at the Industrial Strategy Council and worked as an economist at the Bank of England from 2011 to 2020.
