Vanessa is a Fellowship Councillor for Europe and Africa.

Vanessa Barros is a writer, senior executives’ personal adviser, executive trainer and researcher on Leadership, Cultural Intelligence, Diversity & Inclusion. 

She graduated from ESSEC Business School in France. She completed her PhD at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), focusing on intercultural management and Cultural Intelligence. Her book “Don’t Mess with my Professionalism!” was published by Penguin Random House in 2020 with foreword by Ouided Bouchamaoui who was President of UTICA when the National Dialogue Quartet was the recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize.

Prior to her PhD, Vanessa led diverse teams for over 20 years in advertising around the world.

Her current fields of interest are: AI and Education; How AI can help people with disability.
