In his latest interview, Mike talks to the pioneering modernist graphic designer, Derek Birdsall RDI about his life and long career.

Along with the late Alan Fletcher RDI, Derek Birdsall RDI was one of the pioneers of modernist British graphic design. Among his many projects, he was responsible for the six Royal Mail stamps to mark the 250th anniversary of the Royal Society of Arts in 2004.
