On Tuesday10th March, join us for a special edition of our Culinary Conversations series in the magnificent Great Room at RSA House.
This exclusive evening celebrates the craft and perspective of female winemakers, bringing together two renowned European producers to share their stories, experiences and vision for the future of wine.
The event will feature Clémence Fabre (Famille Fabre, Corbières) and Esther Pinuaga (Bodegas Pinuaga, Castilla) in conversation with Ellis Wines, followed by a seasonal four course dinner with wine pairings introduced by the winemakers themselves.
The evening begins with a glass of Pet Nat ‘Instant Bulle’, before guests are guided through a curated wine tasting paired with dinner, that highlights the techniques and character of each estate.

Our Female Winemakers Dinner places the wines at the centre of the experience. A seasonal four course menu has been created by Exec Chef Brian Fantoni to complement the bottles selected by our guest producers, allowing the flavours and stories of each estate to shine.
Expect thoughtful pairings and commentary from the winemakers throughout the evening. A vegan variation of the menu will also be available.
