Our People and Remuneration Committee

This committee is appointed by the Board of Trustees to assist the Board of Trustees in discharging its HR responsibilities with regard to the remuneration of the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Team.

Our Nominations and Governance Panel

This panel recommends to the RSA Trustee Board nominees for all appointments and awards.

Fellowship Council

Fellowship Councillors represent the Fellowships' voice in how the RSA is run

Royal Charter and Bye-laws

The RSA is established by Royal Charter as its formation pre-dated the establishment of modern company law. A Royal Charter establishes a collection of individuals as a single legal entity. Read about our Royal Charter.

Our Audit and Risk Committee

This committee is a sub-committee of the RSA Trustee Board responsible for independently reporting and making recommendations to the Board on the internal budget and more.
