How to find us

The RSA's main building is located just behind the Strand in central London, within easy walking distance of underground and railway stations. This is where events from our public events programme take place, and the RSA Fellows' library, restaurant and bar are housed here.

Our 27,000 Fellows inspire, support and enable new solutions to address the problems of the 21st Century. If you share or demonstrate a commitment to positive social change then we want to hear from you.

Opening times

Fellows and their guests are welcome Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 8.00pm. Please note the RSA House is closed at weekends, on public holidays and between Christmas and New Year.

Jonathan has a degree in PPE from Oxford University, an Ed.M from Harvard in Mind, Brain and Education, and a PhD from Bristol University. His PhD thesis includes an analysis of the challenge of overcoming the psycho-social constraints that prevent people from becoming 'wiser', similar to what the RSA terms the 'social aspiration gap'. Rowan oversees a portfolio of ARC projects, including Whole Person Recovery and Transitions, which specifically focus on substance misuse and the rehabilitation of ex-offenders. Rowan has a broad background in community participation and development, as well as community engagement, with further experience in journalism and publishing. She holds a first class MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice from the University of Bath.

Brhmie previously worked at IPPR developing a progressive approach to UK migration policy. She continues to explore issues of community, organisational cohesion, democracy and fairness. She also has experience researching labour market disadvantage, economic inequalities and youth unemployment.


Charlotte Alldritt

Charlotte leads the RSA City Growth Commission secretariat.  She returns to the RSA from the Cabinet Office, where she was a Senior Policy Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister. There she covered immigration, energy, and housing and planning policy, having previously led the Government’s strategy on Transparency and Open Data. Charlotte also runs a small not-for-profit organisation, OPSN based at the RSA, that seeks to improve the quality and use of data in public services.
