Ann Packard has been an active RSA Fellow over many years, serving as a regional chairman for two terms of office, an Advisory Council member and Trustee. Ann has a wide range of experience gained across the public, private and voluntary sectors. An active member of a diverse group of cultural and public affairs bodies, she is also actively involved with a group in Italy which has synergy with the RSA. She also has experience of working in politics and has twice acted successfully as agent to an elected Independent (Scottish Borders Council) who became convener of his Council.
