Gather & Grow: A Virtual Project Fair
Gather & Grow is a 90-minute virtual project fair designed for people to connect with ideas, one another, and ourselves. Whether you’re nurturing a new project, seeking collaborators, or looking to reignite your purpose, this is a space to be seen, heard, and valued.
This is a project fair, yes—but not the kind where you pitch to win. It’s a fair grounded in curiosity and care. For those who want to share ideas, experiences, and passions in a space that values authenticity, collaboration, and connection over polish or perfection. A place where your work is witnessed, your questions are welcome, and your next collaborator(s) might just be in the (Zoom) room.
Whether you have something to showcase, or you’re simply coming to listen, learn, and lend your perspective, Gather & Grow is a space to meet people who care about what you care about—and might want to grow with you.
Please note: Breakout groups will be used throughout the session to support small-group connection and conversation. To get the most out of the experience—and to support others in doing the same—we encourage joining from a quiet space where you can be fully present and not multitasking.
A bit more about this event: A project submission form will be available on this webpage in August. Six projects will be selected to be featured during the event and shared more widely on the event webpage and our socials in late September or early October.
Taking part in RSA US online events
At RSA US, we host interactive online events designed to foster connection, dialogue, and community among Fellows. We use Zoom for these gatherings, and you’ll receive joining details by email after registering. Some events may be recorded, and by attending, you acknowledge that your name or image may appear in public recordings. If there are any accommodations we can provide to support you in participating fully, please reach out to the RSA US team at general.us@thersa.org and we will be happy to support in whatever ways we can.
Our online events, especially our monthly Virtual Salons, typically held on the third Thursday of the month, have been developed as a space to have meaningful, inclusive dialogue across geography and perspective, and are often supported by volunteer moderators. We invite all Fellows to join us in showing up at our events with care and curiosity, and encourage all participants to review our Rules of Engagement so that we can best support one another in these spaces. We also warmly welcome Fellows who are interested in co-creating an event with us to reach out via email at general.us@thersa.org.
