Making a complaint
We aim to provide Fellows, visitors and guests with a high standard of service and experience in all the work we undertake. If you are dissatisfied in any way and wish to make a complaint, this policy explains how.
Conflicts of interest policy
Our conflicts of interest policy protects the organisation, its Trustees, Fellowship Councillors, committee members, Executive Directors and senior staff from any impropriety.
Data protection policy
Our data protection policy ensures we comply with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation, and such other legislation as may be passed.
Environmental policy
We regard minimising our impact on the environment as one of our basic management goals and organisation priorities.
Gift Aid Statement
We can claim Gift Aid on eligible Fellowship subscriptions. This allows us to receive an additional 25p for every £1 you pay, at no extra cost to you.
Health and safety statement
The RSA is committed to providing a healthy and safe working environment and conditions for its employees, Fellows, visitors, guests and others engaged in RSA activity, including contractors and partners
Modern slavery and human trafficking statement
Our modern slavery and human trafficking statement sets out our position and actions to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to the RSA and aims to ensure there is no slavery or human trafficking in our business and/or supply chains.
Privacy
Our privacy policy outlines the lawful basis under which the RSA processes an individual’s personal data.
Safeguarding statement
We have a moral and legal obligation to create safe physical and online spaces for children, young people and vulnerable adults who engage with the RSA.
Sustainable City Charter
We are proud to have joined the Sustainable City Charter and have pledged to work towards net zero emissions by 2040.
Ethical fundraising policy
The RSA recognises that ethical fundraising is essential for maintaining public and corporate trust, fostering positive relationships with all donors, partners, customers and event bookers and ensuring fundraising income contributes positively to the organisation’s financial sustainability.
