Here’s more on why this year promises to be an inspiring and impactful year for RSA Fellows worldwide.

Every year since 2018, our Fellowship survey has provided us with an invaluable snapshot of what matters most to you and the ways we can continue to grow stronger together. This year’s results confirm: the power of community, connection, and place has never been more important to you at the RSA.

The power of connection

The theme for this year is connection, which is evident in this year’s results. Whether that’s through meeting in coworking hubs, joining conversations on Circle, or coming together at events, Fellows view the RSA as a place to collaborate and make things happen.

Join our community

Interested in becoming an RSA Fellow? We value those who champion curiosity, creativity and courage to inspire better ways of thinking, acting and delivering change.

The power of communication

Fellows tell us that sometimes there is so much on offer, but it is hard to find the right thing to get involved with at the right time. To make this easier, we’re reducing the number of newsletters and moving towards more personalised updates, guided by your preferences, so what you receive feels timely, relevant, and useful.  This will evolve over the next year.

The power of collaboration

Working with local partners, we’ve developed welcoming spaces across the UK designed for conversation, creativity, and collaboration. In 2025, we’re expanding our range of working engagement hubs, allowing more Fellows to build a community closer to home in addition to RSA House in London.

Your experience is central to the success of our coworking hubs. When you next visit, please take a moment to scan the QR code onsite and share your feedback. Every response helps us improve and grow these hubs, so they remain empowering spaces for Fellows everywhere.

The power of action

Another clear message is that Fellows want to gain more hands-on experience. The appetite to share ideas and contribute expertise to the RSA’s mission is stronger than ever. Mentoring is a shining example of this in action. Many of you have told us how valuable it is to both offer guidance and learn from others, so we’re committed to ensuring that even more Fellows can participate in the months ahead. We’ll continue to strengthen and expand it so more Fellows can share their expertise, learn, and grow together.

The power of belonging

The 2025 annual survey paints a picture of a diverse community of Fellows, eager to collaborate, mentor, and build supportive connections to address today’s biggest challenges locally, nationally, and globally. The RSA Fellowship is where ideas become action, and people unite to tackle the world’s most pressing challenges.

At the RSA, we’re all about connections that can transform lives, through new collaborations or long-lasting partnerships. Time and again, Fellows told us that some of the most powerful moments come from meeting each other. So, we’d love to hear your stories: how has connecting with another Fellow changed your work, perspective, or possibilities? Share your experience and help us highlight the impact of Fellowship in action.
