Environment Secretary Owen Paterson MP visits the RSA to make an important speech on the role of civil society in achieving the Government's objectives for Defra. 

This special event, organised by Defra's Civil Society Advisory Board and the RSA, includes responses from leading voluntary sector and community voices to a first speech by the Coalition Government's Environment Secretary on civil society, and will provide plenty of opportunity for audience participation.
