Making an Unmeal
You are warmly invited to join us around the table to make and create a unique meal at Hawkwood, in collaboration with The RSA. Your host will be Bee Farrell, chef and food anthropologist.
Our programme for the afternoon will include a welcome tea, a foraging walk, sensory activities, cooking, table laying and… eating! Ingredients will be sourced locally – including foraged – and seasonally and celebrate the distinct landscape and heritage flavour of the region. The Making of an Unmeal will attract a diverse audience e.g., cooks, storytellers, health professionals and food producers.
