Join us for an evening in the inspirational setting of Hawkwood, a Centre for Future Thinking. At this event you can meet and watch RSA talks together and discuss the ideas and concepts raised. We call this "social watching".
We’ll watch the RSA lecture 'How to Become a Soulful Organisation’. Frederic Laloux discusses the historical evolution of management thinking, and share how extraordinary pioneering organisations in very different sectors (from profits and nonprofits, to schools and hospitals) are already operating from the next stage of management. Influenced by a new form of consciousness that is currently emerging, these organisations offer a glimpse of an inspiring future of truly soulful, purposeful and powerful workplaces. Find out more about the lecture on our website.
We'll follow up the film with a facilitated discussion, led by Richard Wilson FRSA, Director of Osca, the social impact Lab.
Book your place now. Tickets are free and refreshments will be provided.
