Join us for an evening of information, story sharing, and networking on the subject of mental health, plus the chance to check in with your mental health through interactive exhibits

Telling and sharing stories is essential for promoting good mental health – and it can be revelatory. This Fellow-led mental health event on Time to Talk Day will be jointly hosted by RSA fellows Hannah Chamberlain of Mental Snapp and “the man whisperer” Kenny Mammarella-D’Cruz, of MenSpeak mens groups, who both work in and have their own personal experience of managing their own mental health.  Featuring short films on mental health, an opportunity for personal stories from the floor and a brief update on RSA projects in this field. Discussion and Q&A as well as a chance for guests to check in with their mental health through interactive activities, and simple tools to connect with likeminded Fellows. The event will be filmed for distribution on social media.
