Join us for our second workshop on wholeness in Bristol this April.
The work of Frederic Laloux in his book Reinventing Organisations has offered us a tantalising glimpse of a new, radically different model for very successful organisations. Exploring across all sectors around the globe, Laloux identified three common themes that can help reinvent organisations in a fundamental way: namely, wholeness, self management, and evolutionary purpose.
In this workshop Nick Parker FRSA and Lee Norburn from nowlab (www.nowlab.co.uk ) will explore the meaning of wholeness in the workplace and consider practical examples of how it might be enabled and encouraged.
If you are curious about reinventing your business or organisation for the 21st century, or want to network with other forward-thinking professionals and identify some simple changes you can explore today, please join us at this workshop. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
If you have any access requirements or require any reasonable adjustments, please let the RSA team know: email@example.com. Please also let us know if you have any dietary requirements or severe allergies.
