What makes communities healthy supportive places to live? How could a Festival of Compassion and Wellbeing offer an opportunity to support, acknowledge and celebrate local people helping local people? Supported by The RSA, Fellows from across the UK are holding a series of events over the next 18 months in Leeds starting this December, aimed at bringing people together to work towards this.

Exploring Common Ground is the first event in this series, and it is for people who are interested in supporting and developing kindness and wellbeing in their communities in Leeds. Organisers include North Fellow Angela Green, and Philipa Bragman, Matthew Barber & Andy Bradley FRSAs will be speaking at the event too.

All are welcome to get involved. Attendance at the event is paid by voluntary donation, and this includes lunch. Our suggested donation for those in full employment is £25, or £15 for others. Note there are some free places available for local community activists. Contact the organisers below for further information.
