RSA Coaching Network: Speaking Authentically and Delivering Truth

Fellowship Event

Dr Cross Room, Rawthmells

  • Fellowship in Action

Do you usually deliver truth as you see it? Or does something hold you back? Would you to like to grow your ability to speak authentically?

The Network welcomes everyone – not just professional coaches - to explore:

  • What it takes to deliver important truths and do so authentically.

  • What you feel in your body when you tell your truth and how it impacts you physically when others do likewise.

  • How authentic, truthful dialogue can help you create social impact.

Talking about truth is both timely and controversial. Truth seems to be under assault from many quarters. Also, our relationship with truth can be complicated. We expect truth to prevail but unwritten agreements with others or with ourselves often stop us speaking the truth. Delivering your truth can be difficult, and hearing another’s truth can be challenging. But without a commitment to tell their truth, and the skill to do so, how can people collaborate and solve the big problems that confront us?

This event will explore a range of coaching techniques in an experiential, reflective and fun way. We’ll look at how you can find what you really want to say and deliver your truth so that you can apply these techniques in your professional or personal sphere.
