RSA Coaching Network: Being content without the content

Fellowship Event

 -

Dr Cross room, RSA House, London

  • Fellowship in Action

Do you sometimes get caught in the detail when you’re helping others solve problems or address challenges? Can you help someone if they are unable or unwilling to share the content of what they would like to work through? Do you feel like you're not always equipped to move challenges forward unless you're an expert in the subject?... Think again!

Join the RSA Coaching Network for an exploration of ‘content-free’ coaching in an experimental, informal and supportive environment. Challenge yourself to help without knowing the specifics of what you’re helping with. Experience being coached in an alternative and potent way, and learn how to help others more effectively, and contribute to a wider social cause on an individual level.

Aimed at both coaches and non-coaches, you will experience interactive approaches that you can apply in a number of ways, including with your colleagues, collaborators or teams, or with coaching clients. Come along and learn a few simple techniques to become a powerful catalyst, creative partner or sounding board. As a social entrepreneur, become a valued member of your peer network by learning how to help others, even when individual projects are very different and you share little specific experience with them.
