The RSA Fellowship in Oxfordshire invite you to join an online panel and debate session on ‘The Future of Work Driven by Technology’ on 18th June 2020.

RSA Oxford is organising an event to engage with Fellows globally on The Future of Work driven by technology, an adaption of our regular meetings in Oxford since Covid-19.

Join our online panel and debate session on Thursday 18th June from 18.00.  Our panellists will discuss past understanding, present reality and future opportunity in short presentations for the first hour, then engage live participant questions in the second-half debate.

Some of the questions to discuss are:

  • How are assumptions from the past playing out in our approach to working in lockdown?

  • How is the sudden reliance on technology accelerating the rate of adoption and change?

  • What will the impact on diversity, inclusion and mental health look like in future technological norms?

Chair: Eileen Modral FRSA

Panel:

Jayne Woodley FRSA,Chief Executive of the Oxfordshire Community Foundation (OCF), one of 46 similar organisations across the UK, part of the UK Community Foundations, and local partner for organisations such as Comic Relief and the Big Lottery.  Jayne swapped Barclays Capital to take on the role at OCF motivated by a growing personal desire for greater social justice and belief in ‘community as a cause’.
