RSA Salisbury Meeting - 17/11/2020 - RSA

RSA Salisbury: city on the move

Fellowship events / Research & Impact Event

 -

Online (via Zoom)

Salisbury 2020: City on the move, was to be a year-long celebration to mark the 800th anniversary of the laying of the Cathedral’s first foundation stone in 1220 and the establishment of modern Salisbury, but things did not turn out quite as planned. Join us for a presentation by James Gough FRSA of GJG Consultancy and former project manager for Salisbury 2020 as he discusses the project in Salisbury, the impact of Covid, and how we can use commemoration events for positive change.

Our look forward into the future will continue with an opportunity to hear ideas and help shape possible key themes and meetings for Salisbury RSA in 2021.

Our programme for the evening will be:

7.00pm – 7.10pm: Welcome and introductions

7.10pm – 7.40pm Speaker:  James Gough FRSA

7.40pm – 8pm: Questions and discussion

8pm – 8.30pm: Salisbury RSA 2021 discussion

8.30pm: Thanks and close

Please book in Advance

The meeting is open to non-fellows and fellows. We welcome all who support the work of the RSA and who are interested in finding out more about the legacy of Salisbury 2020, and Salisbury RSA.
