Want to offer your skills to support social change projects? Join us for a lively exchange with Fellows leading new initiatives to drive inclusive and sustainable action.

Our flagship RSA Engage series is going virtual. During the first part of the session we'll hear about diverse projects led by RSA Fellows who are seeking to test social innovations and scale their impact.

These are projects that reflect a positive vision for the future, use design and design-thinking to drive inclusive and sustainable action, and empower underrepresented groups where there is a clear need:

  • Climate Change All Change (DaeWha Kang FRSA): Children and professionals co-design visions to tackle the climate crisis
  • Regenerative Leather (Sara Grady FRSA): Connecting leather production with regenerative agriculture
  • Young Carers Academy (Dee Gray FRSA): A place where superheroes develop their superpowers
  • Carbon Watchdog (Adam Hardy FRSA): A group-based approach to exchange information about our carbon footprints

Each of these project pitches will include a call for support and feedback from our global community of Fellows. The pitches will be followed by a chance to join smaller breakout groups to offer your skills and expertise to support these initiatives.

The RSA has been at the forefront of societal change for over 250 years. Our proven Living Change Approach, and global network of 30,000 problem-solvers enable us to unite people and ideas to understand the challenges of our time and realise lasting change.

Each year we invest £100,000 through our Catalyst Awards programme to seed innovations within our global Fellowship community and help promising projects scale their social impact. Hundreds of Fellows submit their project ideas through this competitive process, and you will get a chance to hear from a few during this session.

Book your place to attend. Please note that despite this being an online event, places are limited, so please let us know if you can no longer make it.

If you have questions about this event, please email Jessica White (RSA Global Manager) at global@rsa.org.uk.
