Over the course of 12 months, the Good Work Guild has engaged a diverse global network of around 300 RSA Fellows who share a commitment to pursue and champion good work, now and in the future.

Built around the RSA’s five key principles for good work (security, wellbeing, growth, freedom, and subjective nurture), the network aimed to focus on opportunities for shared sense-making, peer-to-peer learning, collective action and advocacy. Members gathered online through a series of workshops and case clinics, and launched thematic groups to collaborate and delve into key challenges identified by the network.

As part of our celebratory year-end Summit, this interactive online showcase will feature several member-led thematic groups and some of the new ideas and recommendations that emerged from their explorations. We will then provide a space for reflections and feedback on these ideas, and how they might develop and enrich future efforts beyond the Guild. The online space will remain open for 30 minutes to encourage informal networking with peers.
