The RSA CDC Forum would like to invite you to the launch of our new seminar series. This will explore the huge opportunity offered by collective (CDC) pensions, and also the issues which will need to be managed for CDC to be effective.

Led by co-chairs of the forum, David Pitt-Watson and Hari Mann along with some of the country’s leading experts, it will look at what the “to do list” needs to be for government and industry if we are to build on recent reforms, and create a private pension system in the UK which can offer savers a lifetime income. It will offer plenty of time to ask questions and contribute to the debate.

This will be part of a year-long series of seminars on the key topics debating how best to implement CDC in the UK. The inaugural seminar is timed to dovetail with the government’s proposed consultation on the subject.

The events are sponsored by members of the RSA CDC forum, which include AON, First Actuarial, Lane Clark Peacock, CMS, Slaughter and May, Royal Mail, Railpen, Pensions Management Institute, Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, NEST and Phoenix insurance.

To register for the series, please use the Eventbrite link, after which you’ll be sent joining details for each seminar. The seminar schedule will be updated, so do check in regularly for the next event. Please note that if you are already registered, you will automatically receive joining details for future events.

We do hope you can join us throughout 2023 for what we plan to be an exciting series of discussions to support making CDC happen.
