Rachel Drapper

Rachel is a social entrepreneur, academic researcher, and passionate advocate for gender equity. She founded Fairshare, a tech startup to help households to share the load at home, which has been incubated by Harvard and Cambridge University venture programmes, received an Innovate UK government grant and has been featured by the BBC and MIT Tech Review. She has a First Class Egyptology Degree from Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Fulbright Scholar.
