With her sister Noura, Basma co-founded Saudi Design Week, a festival of design and visual culture, in 2014, to provide opportunities and platforms to showcase both local and regional design talent.
Together, Basma and Noura run Oasis magazine, a celebration of the Middle East/Arab World, art, culture, fashion, design, travel, and the individuals challenging the status quo.
