Christel Laudrup Spliid is an anthropologist and qualitative consultant. Since 2018 she has worked in HK Lab, the first established innovation lab in a Danish union. HK Lab develops new products and designs future jobs for union members based on their needs and emerging work trends shaping the labour market. Christel is responsible for the qualitative aspects of HK Lab’s work on how to involve and co-create with current and potential members.
