Helen Barnard

Helen has worked across policy and analysis at JRF, and from April 2020 to June 2021 she led the organisation as Director. Prior to that, she led the policy and partnerships team to develop new solutions to solve poverty; before that she built the first iteration of JRF’s monitoring and analysis team, examining the key social, economic and public policy trends and changes affecting people and places in poverty. Helen is also the Research and Policy Director at Pro Bono Economics.
