Richard Harries
Director, Power to Change Research Institute
Richard was appointed Director of the Power to Change Research Institute in November 2015. A former senior civil servant and deputy director of the think tank Reform, Richard has extensive public policy and research experience. He is a member of the advisory Councils of Volunteering Matters and the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) and a Visiting Senior Fellow at St Mary’s University.
