Tera Allas as Director of Research and Economics leads McKinsey’s research on government and business productivity. She has more than two decades worth of experience in economics, public policy, innovation, and leadership.
Tera is a frequent author, panellist, and speaker on topics ranging from economic and innovation policy and industrial strategy to technology adoption and government performance transformations. In 2019, Tera was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) for services to economic policy.
