Join us in Barnstaple this January for a discussion and explore the meaning of evolutionary purpose in the workplace.

The work of Frederic Laloux in his book Reinventing Organisations has offered us a tantalising glimpse of a new, radically different model for very successful organisations. Exploring across all sectors around the globe, Laloux identified three common themes that can help reinvent organisations in a fundamental way, namely, wholeness, self management, and evolutionary purpose.

In this workshop RSA Fellow Nick Parker and Lee Norburn from nowlab will explore the meaning of evolutionary purpose in the workplace and consider practical examples of how organisations might  sense and respond as they find their way.

If you are curious about reinventing your business or organisation for the 21st century, or want to network with other forward thinking professionals and identify some simple changes you can explore today, please join us at this workshop. If you have any questions, please email Nick Parker FRSA at nickofexeter@outlook.com.

The event is free to attend but booking is required as numbers are limited.

If you have any access requirements or require any reasonable adjustments, please let the team know: networks@rsa.org.uk. Please also let us know if you have any dietary requirements or severe allergies.

Location: Taw Restaurant, Petroc, Old Sticklepath Hill, Barnstaple, EX31 2BQ
