About the Association for Finnish Work

The Association for Finnish Work has launched The Finnish Social Enterprise Mark (Yhteiskunnallinen yritys) in 2011. The mark can be held by companies that have been set up to solve social and environmental problems and dedicate most of their profits to this purpose.

It is a politically independent non-profit organization that is owned by its membership. Their community of values already embraces over 3,000 business and associative members of various sizes. They are engaged in efforts to increase appreciation for Finnish labour and to ensure that Finnish work prospers and succeeds.
