The first industrial revolution has shaped the way we live, work, and relate to one another. As the fourth industrial revolution starts to take shape, what is the future of manufacturing and how can it benefit society and the planet?

With a long history of supporting creativity and innovation, the RSA and the Institute for Patentees and Inventors (IPI) are keen to take forward the discussion about the future of manufacturing, and the role of innovators and entrepreneurs in the new economy. This discussion and networking event coincides with the Leeds Manufacturing Festival, and it is an opportunity to make connections, learn more about the partnership between the IPI and RSA, and have input into RSA Fellows’ projects on manufacturing, the circular economy and industrial strategies for our region.

All are welcome to attend - all you need is an interest in the issues!

If you are new to the RSA or IPI and would like to be introduced to others who share your interests, please get in touch with John Sunderland FRSA: john@switchedonconsulting.co.uk before the event.

Please register to attend this free event by following the "Book Now" link above.
