There are more women than ever in the workforce today, with equal intelligence, competence and leadership ability. But they still hold less than 10 percent of leadership positions in business and society.

So what are the problems that are holding women back? Why is this issue so important for business and society? And where are all the men in the conversation?

In celebration of International Women's Day this March, join Gill Whitty-Collins FRSA, Michelle Preston FRSA and Sue Unerman to discuss the issue of gender equality, the less visible barriers and psychology behind it, and explore how to seize this moment to build back better and create an equal world of work.

Panel

Gill Whitty-Collins FRSA is author of ‘Why Men Win At Work’, which goes beneath the surface of the gender equality issue to share the psychology and sub-conscious, invisible drivers behind it - and powerful insights on how to tackle it.

Michelle Preston FRSA is Founder of "Simply Women on Purpose" (SWOP) project, supporting women to create a purpose-driven life offering coaching and events & creating a framework for models of feminine leadership to flourish.
