You are warmly invited to join us for a debate and discussion with author and broadcaster Mary Ann Sieghart.
In her important new book 'The Authority Gap', she highlights the challenges posed by the unseen gender bias which still exists in the workplace, revealing the scale of the gap that persists between men and women. Exploring a wealth of data, and interviews with a wide range of pioneering women, her fresh feminist take on how to confront and change systemic sexism offers benefit to everyone in society.
The event will open with a presentation by Mary Ann Sieghart. Three speakers will make brief responses before they all form a panel to respond to audience questions. Questions in advance are particularly welcome – please submit them for collation by theme to sofsrsa@yahoo.com. This event is free to attend and will be hosted online.
