RSA Coaching Network: High Performance for Social Change

Join us for a Coaching Network Transformational Conversation designed for leaders and changemakers who want to align their social impact work with a rapidly evolving world.

As we face unprecedented challenges—environmental, social, and economic—many are questioning whether traditional, linear, goal-oriented high-performance methods can effectively serve the new vision of social change in a BANI world (Brittle, Anxiety-Inducing, Non-Linear, Incomprehensible).

As with our previous conversations, we will explore how old approaches to leadership and performance may either support or hinder our ability to meet the emerging needs of our time. Rather than focusing on theory and debate, we will use an embodied approach based on 5 generative conversation principles to explore how you can make small but meaningful shifts to your approach in a complex and dynamic environment.

During this 75-minute session in conversation with a small group, you will:

Reflect on the limitations of conventional high-performance models in today's context;
Explore new principles to enhance your leadership in service of social change in your unique context;
Engage in dialogue around intuitive, actionable steps to integrate novel approaches that are better adapted to a dynamic vision and evolving environment as tailored to your specific challenges.
You’ll connect with fellow changemakers and leave with fresh perspectives and tools to elevate your impact and reimagine what high performance can mean for social progress.

At the RSA, we strive to create inclusive and supportive environments for all Fellows. We recognise that individuals may require different forms of support to fully participate in our events and activities. Therefore, we welcome and encourage Fellows to bring the support they feel is necessary, whether it be a carer, an emotional support animal, or any other form of assistance. We ask that you fill out the accessibility requirements box in your Eventbrite booking form in advance of attending one of our events to ensure that the venues can accommodate such requirements. Our aim is to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and valued, and we are committed to accommodating diverse needs to foster an inclusive community.
