RSA Norwich and Norfolk Meetup: On Kindness

Fellowship Event

 -

North, Norwich

  • Fellowship
  • Fellowship in Action

Norfolk-based FRSAs continue to meet once a month, usually on the first Thursday of each month in Norwich.

We began 2019 with a fruitful discussion led by Dr Andrew Staines FRSA and his colleagues at Norfolk County Council on the future challenges and opportunities facing our countyAndrew's summary and reflections from the evening are here with a survey link. We will revisit and build on this conversation in the near future – look out for further communications.

For our next meetup in February, I'm taking the liberty as one of the hosts to ask for Fellows' thoughts, ideas and views on 'kindness'. I'm currently working on an art project with an exhibition later in the year called Museum of Human Kindness. The project explores the role of art in defining and promoting kindness in the age of polarising narratives in everyday media. Please come, contribute and help us dig deeper on human kindness beyond its softness.

On March 7th, Xenia Horne FRSA will lead a session on music. More details to follow.

If you have any access requirements or require any reasonable adjustments, please let the team know: [email protected]. Please also let us know if you have any dietary requirements or severe allergies.

Location: North, 7-9 Fye Bridge St, Norwich NR3 1LJ
