Hear bold ideas from HR directors, exec leaders, innovators and managers on supporting parents to thrive at work, and what they’ve learnt on implementation.

Too often parents feel they have to choose between being a good parent and a fulfilling career. This event, jointly hosted by the RSA and Leaders Plus, seeks to showcase inspiring and brave ideas to support parents in the workplace.

At this informal breakfast event you will hear from a wide range of speakers who are implementing bold ideas to support parents at work and address the gender pay gap. You will be able to share your ideas by networking with like-minded HR directors, exec leaders, and fellow working parents.


You will hear from the following speakers give brief talks on innovative ideas:

  • Emma Codd, Former Managing Talent Partner UK, Currently Partner at Deloitte and Global Special Advisor for Inclusion,  Deloitte
