Join us for an event looking at the relationship between funders and those who receive the money for projects. In partnership with Advantage Business Agency and the European Erasmus+ programme we will be exploring the current research from this project and seeking your views and ideas. Come and share your experiences whilst looking at this issue in the UK and other parts of Europe.
We’ve brought together speakers from across Europe to offer their perspectives. The speakers will be:
Claudia Pedra from Stone Soup Consulting in Lisbon, Portugal, who will be exploring her experience of working in South America and with electricity companies in Portugal;
Stephanie Bouffier and Emmanual Buvat from Ifaid, Bordeaux, France who will be discussing the concepts and findings behind the Sustainable Projects of the Third Sector project;
Ginnie Wollaston FRSA, Birmingham City Council, who will be explaining the city’s innovative 'Connecting Communities' project, which is funded by the Arts Council England and the DCLG;
Following these speaker presentations, we will host an open panel discussion on the issues discussed followed by the opportunity to network.
This event is free with drinks and nibbles provided, but we do ask that you register. Any questions, please contact Keith Horsfall: firstname.lastname@example.org
Location: Impact Hub Birmingham, Digbeth, Birmingham B5 5NY
