Join us for a special online meeting of the RSA Fellows’ Reinventing Work Network.
How do things get decided in organisations founded in self-management, evolutionary purpose and wholeness at work?
In this live group video call we’ll explore the ways in which “Teal” decision-making is different both from the top-down of traditional hierarchy, and from democratic consensus-building. We’ll also discover some of the challenges of this “third way”.
Facilitator: Judy Rees Provocateur: Julian Wilson

About this Network
Inspired by Frederic Laloux’s book Reinventing Organisations, this network is about distributed leadership, a focus on purpose and an invitation to wholeness at work. We’re exploring the developing organisational forms that support these goals (called “Teal” by Laloux), learning about what’s being done and inviting the practical adoption of these approaches by RSA Fellows, their organisations, and the RSA. The Reinventing Work network is a gathering place for people who are leading their organisations towards “teal”, supporting change as consultants or seeking to inspire change within their own organisations.
