RSA Nottingham: 6 Years to Make a City

It’s happening. Nottingham is applying to be European Capital of Culture in 2023.

If successful, 2023 will see Nottingham being transformed into a creative space for cultural revolutions, new ways of engaging, and celebrating our diversity. We’ll also see new developments across the city, investments in organisations and institutions and millions of people coming to see what we have to offer. Like Liverpool before 2008 and Glasgow before 1992, if Nottingham is successful, we can expect big things to happen in the run-up to 2023.

The RSA has teamed up with the Nottingham 2023 team to bring an exciting event of discussion, thinking and exploration about what Nottingham could become and what the Nottingham we want to live in in 2023 looks like.
