Our food service is provided by specialist caterer H+J who design, plan and cater for all our events with attention to detail, ingenuity and imagination. H+J creates seasonal menus using sustainably and ethically sourced ingredients and buys from small, local, independent suppliers where possible.
The Executive Head Chef at RSA House is Darren Archer, a talented, innovative professional who uses bold flavours and seasonal produce to create simple, delicious dishes which let the excellent ingredients sing out. Darren is flexible to any requirements and will tailor his menus to suit your occasion.
H+J brings added flair to RSA House. The team’s genuine passion to provide exemplary service and mouth-watering food, when combined with the enviable facilities of The House, translates into a memorable event that is adaptable, well-orchestrated and of the highest standard.
H+J won the prestigious Event Caterer of The Year in 2014. H+J has a portfolio of venues with a differing styles and capacities, however the award was won based on the Save the Orchards event hosted at the RSA Vaults.
The Vaults Restaurant
Located beneath RSA House in the original river-front warehouses, the Vaults restaurant is a stunning dining room open for lunch on weekdays from 12.00 to 2.30pm.
