RSA Reinventing Work South West Network: Evolutionary Purpose (Bristol)

The work of Frederic Laloux in his book Reinventing Organisations has offered us a tantalising glimpse of a new, radically different model for very successful organisations. Exploring all sectors around the globe, Laloux identified three common themes that can help reinvent organisations in a fundamental way, namely, wholeness, self management, and evolutionary purpose.

In this workshop RSA Fellow Nick Parker and Lee Norburn from nowlab will explore the meaning of evolutionary purpose in the workplace and consider practical examples of how organisations might respond to challenges as they find their way.
